Facility Operations Support
FRAME Technical Services, LLC (FRAME) provides professional, experienced Operations support personnel including Operations Specialists, Conduct of Operations mentors, Field Work Supervisors, Project Managers, and Construction Project Managers. FRAME brings highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME) - and field-knowledgeable personnel to all projects. Specializing in Conduct of Operations (ConOps) support and mentoring, FRAME implements ConOps practices through facility personnel training, development of policies, directives, plans, and safety management systems, all with the goal of minimizing the likelihood and consequences of human fallibility or technical and organizational system failures.
Readiness and Performance Assurance Support
FRAME’s staff experience includes providing support to operational readiness and startup activities for various radioactive and hazardous waste projects (both high and low hazard), safety basis and regulatory compliance implementation, surveillance and routine activities, procedure compliance assessments, and documentation reviews. In addition, FRAME provides Performance Assurance services in the areas of tracking, trending, and analyzing data, tracking the status of corrective actions, performing management and specialty assessments, and leading event investigations and causal analysis.
Facility Operations Support
FRAME’s staff experience includes trained work planners to develop preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting work packages in the areas of operations, maintenance, and construction, specializing in defining work scopes, identification of hazards and controls to mitigate identified hazards in a structured, concise work document. Maintenance, and preventative/corrective maintenance of high hazard and general facilities. In parallel, FRAME provides Work Planning and Project Control services which include clearly defining work scope and identification of hazards and controls to mitigate identified hazards.
Environmental, Safety, Health, Quality and Engineering Support
FRAME provides expertise and project experience utilizing a highly qualified staff to support a wide range of multi-disciplined projects including civil, mechanical, and electrical design, coupled with environmental services, safety, health, and quality, and most all technical support in between. Specializing in Environmental Compliance, Permitting, Air Dispersion Modeling, and Waste Management, FRAME provides clients with exceptional service and support in dealing with the customer, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. FRAME’s approach to ESHQ and Engineering focuses on good communication with adherence to the project scope, budget, and schedule throughout the project.

FRAME’s experience includes staff that are responsible for maintaining administrative functions for organizations at the Hanford Site. These functions include, maintenance of training records, filing, reporting, configuration control of documents, scheduling, and overall support to ensure site organizations have the ability to perform their mission.
